Shayna is an energetic and action-oriented strategist who is passionate about empowering and mentoring others.

Her business, Brand YOU Consulting, helps clients discover their unique talents and develop branded professional identities that will stand out in any crowd. Providing highly customized services to address all career challenges, she is dedicated to helping each client “become the best YOU.”

Prior to forming Brand YOU Consulting, Shayna was a member of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Strategy and Operations Practice. There she contributed to high impact business strategy projects across many different industries. While she loved the challenge and excelled at her work, she most loved building relationships with her clients. She helped them not only solve their business problems, but also develop as leaders within their organizations.

Shayna then expanded her expertise while working in the Brand Marketing department at The Coca Cola Company. Her experience in developing key targeted brand strategies and tactical implementation plans has given her analytical skills new depth – skills she now applies to the most important brand – Brand YOU.

Shayna is committed to supporting her clients, coupling her extensive leadership, brand marketing and strategy consulting experience with her deep desire to facilitate the personal and professional development of others.
